This flute is made out of a beautiful piece of medium red brown western red cedar . The low profile travel block is made from birdseye maple, cambia, and Alaskan yellow cedar with a cherry base . This flute has wonderful a strong, deep voice.

The low - D is about 26 inches long with a 1 1/8 inch bore diameter. It’s about 11 ¼ inches
- from the mouth end to the middle of the first fingering hole, and the fingering
- holes are 1 ¼ inches apart from center to center but are clustered in groups of
- three to make them easier to play. There is a nearly a 2 inch gap between the
- top three holes and the bottom three holes.
