Why Choose a Premiere Native American Style Flute?
Durability
Our Premiere flutes have more finish inside and out which makes
them more durable than our Basic flutes. We make them in a number of hard and
soft woods so you can choose a wood that suites your needs. For instance if you
travel or plan to hike you may want to invest in a hardwood flute such as
walnut, curly maple, cherry or hickory because it will be less likely to dent
or break if dropped ( we do fix our flutes for free though!)
Uniqueness
We hand select the wood for the Premiere flutes and always
look for the most beautiful and colorful pieces. We also love to make flutes
from reclaimed woods. If the wood has an interesting history, we will list it
in the product description.
Verity
Our basic flutes are tuned to the keys of A, G or F# whereas our Premiere flutes come in
a wider range of keys. If you are hoping to advance your flute playing skill
you might consider buying a lower key such as the key of E or the key of low D.
Personalized Product Information
We want you to feel like you are here holding and playing
each Premiere flute so we have taken the time to photograph, describe and video
each premiere flute individually. If you are having trouble choosing a flute,
watch several videos of Premiere flutes being played and see if one chooses you.
Beauty
Some of us are just drawn to beautiful things! Each of our
Premiere flutes is turned on the lathe by lily and when they are finished she
takes brightly colored cotton thread and weaves a decoration onto the flute.
This makes each flute a one of a kind piece of art.
