This flute is made from a piece of manni wood salvaged from Lake Union in Seattle. It has a wonderful bright and sweet voice. I have reduced the price of this flute quite a bit due to some visual flaws. It has a stabilized place where the wood was crushed before milling and in an attempt to make the flaw less visible I ended up turning it on the lathe into a strange shape which is hard to see from the pictures. It is a little skinnier near the mouth end then our normal flutes and the body is not perfectly round. These are all visual flaws and don't effect the voice or durability of the flute at all. It has a very nice voice!
