Our dark stained cedar flutes have a homemade stain applied to darken the wood and give it a weathered, aged look. They will have a lighter colored block to contrast, and are signed with gold ink on the back.

This is the lowest pitched and largest of all of our Basic flutes. It is a wonderful choice for flute players of any skill level. We offer lifetime repairs and product support for all of our flutes. I found this basic flute very easy to play and the appearance exceeded my expectations.  Having it signed and dated by the maker is a real plus.

I have finally received my flute, the wight surprise me.
But not as much as the sound…Wow so smooth and peaceful.
Next, I will decorate it with Birthday gem, between the 4 Hole at the end and another one bigger in front of the Bird.
Finally, yes because it takes me almost 3 years to be able to get $$ to buy it.
My retirement 65 years old so it is my own gift.

Got this in the mail today and I am so happy! I was able to pick it up and start playing as soon as I started. Very easy to play! I was warned that this flute may be too big for me since I have smaller hands. However, I was able to get used to spreading out my fingers just after about 20 minutes of playing. The flute is also much lighter and more thin than I thought! But sounds beautiful. The outside of the flute also felt a little sticky but I think that may just be the finish and didn’t bother me. I also like that I do not need to use oil with this flute. I am excited to begin my flute journey with this beautiful flute and hope that it lasts me a long time!
