CREATE A FLUTE AND LEARN TO PLAY IT
Our Popular Group Project
A person creates his or her own
personalized instrument, which is already musically a
concert quality Native American style flute, and then learns
to play it.
Tuned to facilitate the
pentatonic scale, which is easily learned, this flute
quickly produces calming beautiful tones that sound perfect
together in any order. A room full of people playing
pentatonic, on flutes that are keyed alike, will be
harmonious regardless of what each individual happens to be
playing. The delightful aspect to this scale is that it
stimulates composing. The possibilities for original tunes
seem infinite.
It should be noted that this
flute plays all the notes, not just the pentatonic
scale. If you want to play familiar tunes this can be done
too.
