This
style of Flute plays chords! Drones are two
separate flutes that can be played together. One
side, usually the left, plays one, two or even
three "drone" notes. These notes harmonize with
the tones played on the other side. The six
holes on the right side of the flute are played
like any six hole Native flute.

All of our drones have the finger holes on the
right side. We can make left-handed drones on request.

This Drone is one of a kind. It is made from extremely
figured maple burl. The center spline is white ash and
