Pre Tuned Flute Kits
 All of our six hole Native American FLUTE KITS are produced in the same careful way as our  standards, and basics. They are carefully tuned and fully playable when you get them. Simple instructions are included. You, as the artist, interpret your FLUTE KIT as you choose. Some of our customers have whole collections of kits, each one done in a different style. Stellar FLUTE KITS make great gifts, and can be bought for school or youth group projects and are great for woodworkers and wood carvers of any skill level. Stellar FLUTE KITS offer you a very inexpensive way to experience our great sounding flutes.

The Key of C
The Flute Kit C is a very small flute, only 19"  long with a 3/4 " bore. The fingering holes are (from center to center) approximately 1" (2.5cm) apart. The distance from the mouth end of the flute to the first finger hole is approximately  8 3/4".

 

The Key Of A
 The Flute Kit A is a small flute,  21 1/2"  long with a 7/8 " bore. The fingering holes are (from center to center) approximately 1" apart. The distance from the mouth end of the flute to the first finger hole is approximately  9 3/4".

 

The Key of G
The Flute Kit G is a medium flute. 23 1/2"  long with a 7/8" bore. The fingering holes are (from center to center) approximately 1 1/8" apart. The distance from the mouth end of the flute to the first finger hole is approximately  10 1/8".

 

The Key of F#
 The Flute Kit F# is a medium flute. 24"  long with a 7/8" bore. The fingering holes are (from center to center) approximately 1 1/8" apart. The distance from the mouth end of the flute to the first finger hole is approximately  10 3/4".

 

The Key of F
 The Flute Kit F is a large flute, 25" long with a 7/8 " bore. The fingering holes are (from center to center) approximately 1 1/4" apart. The distance from the mouth end of the flute to the first finger hole is approximately  11".

Stellar Pre-tuned Kits for Group Projects

Our  Pre-tuned Flute Kits are available for group projects at a 25% discount. These group project kits come in western red cedar and are sold  in quantities of 10 or more. We have made a short instructional DVD for group leaders taking him or her through the flute making process. And we have developed some handy tools that can be used by the group to make the project easier. Youth groups, summer camp groups, carving groups, cultural groups have all used Stellar Pre-tuned Flute Kits with great success. Our kits use high quality materials: Western Red cedar for the flute body, hardwood for the block with a choice of Raven, Bear, Buffalo, Fish, Horse, Wolf , or Stellar style bird.
